GROUP TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS.
Depending on your wishes and goals, I prepare a special training program for one-time or repeated meetings/trainings and lead them live with you for closed groups of friends, athletes in preparation or colleagues.
The trainings are based on combat sports and training with weights and various other aids and, if desired, include elements of self-defense.
